Refund Policy

KimiVault should be sold fairly. If something about purchase, activation, or early use does not work for you, please contact us.

Launch purchases

Digital purchases through Lemon Squeezy are subject to the terms shown during checkout. If you purchased by mistake or cannot activate your license, contact us at support@kimikon.cc.

Technical problems

If a technical issue prevents use, we will first try to fix it. If that is not possible in a reasonable time, we will review a refund under the payment provider's rules.

No access to vault contents

A refund cannot recover a lost master password. KIMIKON cannot decrypt local encrypted vault data.
